We do our best to keep our care as efficient and safe as possible, but sometimes things go wrong. Help us learn and improve our service by telling us about your experience.

If you want to raise a formal concern we would request you send us an email or write to us and we’ll begin investigations and get back to you as soon as we can.

Patient Advice and Complaints Team

The Patient Advice Team is part of the Patient Advice and Complaints Team (PACT) and it’s role is to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.
