Our Patient Liaison Group (PLG) is actively involved in deciding how the Practice and the services it provides should develop. The group meets or communicates to exchange ideas and information with Practice representatives to agree action and to work with the Practice to develop and improve services for all.
We welcome all feedback as it helps inform us about what our patients think about the service we provide. We often work with limited resources and high demand but we always strive to provide the best service we can.
