Update: Weight Loss Injections (Wegovy, Mounjaro)

We’re aware many patients are asking about weight loss injections like Wegovy (semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tirzepatide) following recent media coverage.

At the moment, GP practices in Devon are not able to prescribe these medicines for weight loss on the NHS. The NHS in Devon is developing plans for a phased rollout over the next three years for patients who meet specific criteria. We’ll share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
