Harbour Warning About Blue Pills in Plymouth

Important Patient Information: Warning About Blue Pills in Plymouth

Three recent deaths in Plymouth have been linked to blue pills potentially sold as Valium. Local charity Harbour has issued a warning advising people not to take these pills, as they may be extremely dangerous. If you have obtained blue pills (potentially in a blister pack with Arabic writing), taking these pills could result in a fatal overdose. The police are investigating these deaths, which are currently being treated as drug-related and unexplained. Harbour urges anyone who may be affected to carry Naloxone for emergency use, and ideally, don’t use this substance, but if you do, do not use drugs alone, people have a greater chance of surviving when with others.

For more information, harm reduction advice, and access to Naloxone, please visit the Harbour website. Patients are encouraged to stay informed and prioritise their safety.
