Dear patients

We have had a very unexpected bereavement at the Practice ( non-patient facing staff member) which has left us all in shock and very upset.

It would be very appreciated that unless urgent that you please leave any calls or online consults until next week (w/c 13th October)

If your call is urgent, we are still open for you and we will take a call or online consultation.

Any appointments that are already booked in will also still go ahead.
