Patient Liaison Group

Interested in getting involved?

Our Patient Liaison Group (PLG) is actively involved in deciding how the Practice and the services it provides should develop. The group meets or communicates (largely via email) to exchange ideas and information with Practice representatives to agree action and to work with the Practice to develop and improve services for all.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join the group, as long as you are registered with the practice and interested in working together to make positive changes for the practice and its patients.

We want to hear from you, we want to work with you, we want to improve for you.

Interested in becoming a member of the PLG as a patient representative? Simply express your interest below. We meet in the spring, summer and autumn for patients to express views on particular subjects and get the practice news straight from the source.

We will also contact members on occasion by email to share opinions, or to invite members to meetings to discuss the recent goings on.
