Practice Nurse – Maternity Cover
Location: Lisson Grove and Woolwell Medical Centres
Hours: Part Time
Start Date: TBC
Salary: Dependent on experience
We are a well-established, busy and growing GP Practice operating from two surgeries with a friendly and supportive team of 40+ staff. (GP Partners, Clinical, Admin and Patient Support teams).
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP surgery team on a part time maternity cover basis. This is a key role within the clinical team and we are looking for someone confident and competent in delivering high-quality care in a busy general practice setting.
We are currently looking to cover a small number of remaining hours on a part-time or ad hoc basis, as the majority of sessions have now been filled.
Essential requirements:
- Current NMC registration
- Experience working as a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery
- Trained and experienced in the delivery of routine treatment room duties including immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and chronic disease management
Desirable:
- Independent prescriber (not essential)
- Confident and competent in the management of respiratory long-term conditions (not essential)

Basic Terms and Conditions:
- Starting pay Dependent on experience
